Hello and welcome to Isles Above, an intermediate fantasy equine and cervine roleplay for 18+ years where wings and portals are common here because you can't simply walk or run around wherever you please. Well, you could, but you'll take fall damage down to the deepest oceans you will know. Those who are good swimmers will feel right at home for a while if they do before the sea monster tries to eat you for a snack. Don't give into the temptation.

Conflict is not big here unless you count some nobles and commoners having history with each other, but other than that, flight racing is where they handle said disputes because well, who doesn't want to show off their flying skills! Wingless characters are indeed welcome here too since they can frequent through the main isles with ease through portals. But, don't be surprised if someone with wings looks down on your character. Wing Magic dominates which can include some terrifying pranks so be warned or you may find yourself blown off. Weather plays a big part of this rpg so keep a look out especially for that juicy bonus if you use it in your posts.

Lastly, herds are not a huge thing here but you are free to create your very own by rounding up seven characters whom are active and then apply. You can read more at the herds page. Who knows, maybe the King will let you keep it permanately. Since herds are created, you can't challenge for one. The limits of joining one however are zero, so join those who your characters want to be in. If you want to be a lone equine or cervine, then that's fine too!
